This position has four to five direct reports and 60+ indirect reports, including positions such as: Facility Mechanics, Grounds Specialists, Building Operating Engineers (HVAC), Maintenance Painters, Rail Station and Facility Custodians, Administrative staff, and Chiefs within Facilities Maintenance.
